        The benefit of yoga is to great in my life it turns my life as very fit.When you're in pain, exercise may feel like the last thing you want to do. But working your body with yoga may bring chronic pain relief through focused yoga breathing and gentle yet effective stretches.Whether you're living with chronic pain or just want to stretch and strengthen your back, here are four beginner yoga poses to try.
        Yoga. Look for a gentle beginner's class. Yoga classes vary widely, so make sure the program you choose is safe for someone with back ailments:

 Yoga is a combination of physical exercises, breathing exercises, and meditation. It may appeal to people as a way to stay fit and relax, but it also has practical applications for treating chronic back pain


         When I practice yoga it is one big workout to strengthen my back. Yoga stretches and strengthens the muscles around your spine and lengthens your spine, and this is exactly what I needed to deal with the curvature in my spine caused by the scoliosis. My back pain did not go away overnight; it took a while for the benefits of my yoga practice to take effect, but it is so worth it

Since the day I have joined Thousand Oaks Yoga Classes I am feeling so relived in my back pain. I will share all yoga poses with my brother who is also suffering from back pain since few days. Thanks for great share dear.
